Considerations for Walking Meditation
Walking Meditation is a form of mindfulness meditation that is considered mindful movement. It can be used to begin finding increased management over stress reactivity and/or as a beginning practice for focusing and concentration. Formal walking meditation starts with choosing a specific place to be walking (e.g. 8-10 feet of space, a hallway, step, etc.).
