Psychological Evaluation & Testing
Cognitive Health Solutions, LLC offers comprehensive evaluation and testing services for a number of reasons and issues. Often these services are recommended to confirm an individual’s diagnosis, to identify a person’s strengths or needs, and to help guide interventions or treatment. All of our assessments are tailored to the needs of each individual in order to understand their personal strengths and challenges and to offer specific recommendations. Following the evaluation, we will provide both a feedback session and a written evaluation report. The following types of assessments and evaluations are offered at our office:

AD/HD & AUTISM SCREENING SERVICES
Providers at CHS conduct screening evaluations to provide diagnosis and treatment recommendations for AD/HD and Autism Spectrum Disorders. Screening evaluations consist of a clinical interview and the completion of specific rating scales. In some cases, additional evaluation procedures may be utilized, such as a continuous performance test. Following these evaluations, results will be communicated to the patient’s primary care physician, psychiatrist, or treating provider.
